  • Responsible for all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
  • Develop and implement with our digital agency an ambitious multi-year ecommerce strategy in order to improve website/webshop performance.
  • Cooperate with external partners in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Direct internal developers to improve customer journey, UX & performance of digital platforms.
  • C0-lead project team for re-platforming website with fully integrated webshop.
  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website/webshop performance.
  • Direct our team to further optimize lead acquisition, overall traffic and full marketing automation flow.
  • Report on performance.
  • Lead and coach our team to help everyone growing within their respective roles.


  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Digital native with experience managing digital marketing and tech teams / agencies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong organizational, communication and people skills are a must.
  • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies, with strong commercial angle.
  • Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis.
  • Strong digital marketing and tech background.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
